              10/16/20 purchased a new Dacor range from Johnsons appliance. The oven had issues with it from day 1. I contacted my sales person Brian F. and let him know. No response. 12/29/20 called Dacor they set up service. Samsung owns Dacor. 1/06/21 Samsung service looked at the range I was told it needed a new thermostat. Part was ordered and repair would be following week. Received a call that part was backordered. Sent email to Brian on 1/22/21 making him aware. My email was forwarded to General Manage at Johnsons and regional rep for Dacor. No response. 3/1/21 I reached out to Dacor and Samsung. They issued new ticket said that they were going to replace range, parts unavailable. Samsung setup tenative delivery of new range. 4/15/21 Samsung stated they were giving me my money back they had no range. I contacted Brian gave him update. He emailed ranges that were available. All were more money. I went in to look at the Ge Monogram range. Price quoted $4129.00. New price is $4730!

              ********* says they install new dishwashers. After I purchased a dishwasher, and waited 2 weeks, ********* called to schedule delivery and told me to hire a plumber to install. The only reason I purchased from them was they promised installation. I immediately cancelled the purchase. What a waste of time!

              Hello, This is a grossly inaccurate statement. The start of this process was with the realtor of the unit. I personally spoke to the realtor and said we would not be able to install this unit because it is a speciality item, a portable dishwasher, something we do not install. The realtor called me back and said to just deliver the unit and he ( the realtor ) would get a plumber out to install the unit. We called ************ and sold him a dishwasher. He paid for the unit plus tax, no install. We called him the day before with a time window. He demanded that we install the unit or he was canceling. We explained to him that the realtor had made arrangements to have the dishwasher installed, we were only delivering the item. He became irate and wanted to cancel the sale. A refund on his credit card was processed that day.
