            I do not know how this hotel got its COO to rent out its rooms.We stayed in the 100 building. The room was damp with a strong musty odor.There was a bucket of Damp Rid on the closet shelf so they are aware of the problem.The rug has stains on it that suggest it was flooded at some point. I think this room is a hazard to your health and the hotel should be made to correct the problem before they can rent it.

            As you are aware, the Jersey Shore can be extremely humid. This building is on a slab and while it can get moist, it is clean and has not been flooded. We put the Damp Rid in the room to help counter act the humidity to make the room more comfortable. We have no notes that this guest complained. We do try to accommodate, but we did not know this room was an issue for this guest. They reserved and stayed for three nights and never complained. If the guest would like to call me, I would be happy to invite them back in another part of the facility that *** accommodate them better. We do have many room styles.
