I ordered an implant lens based on their advertisement that I would not need glasses. They even had a QRCode showing how you would see after the surgery. My surgery went perfect but my close up vision is nothing like how they advertised. I contacted the company and they told me to submit information regarding this case. After providing this company with comprehensive documentation I was told they will get back to me. The company has refused to get back to me. I believe they realize that their advertising for this lens is a misrepresentation of what it is capable of doing. This cost me $3000.00 dollars. I believe there are even misleading ******** because normally ******** pays for lenses as long as it doesn’t completely correct your vision. ******** won’t cover this lens because Johnson and Johnson advertises this lens as a special lens that will not require needing reading glasses. My close up vision is documented as 20/40 which is not what it’s supposed to be after using this lens. I am requesting a full refund but I have not heard back from them. I believe other people must have had similar experiences. I am considering doing further research and find other people that have experienced the same problem.
