Complaint: I placed an order on 12/13/2013. I received my order on 12/17. I ordered 13 cans of ***** hairspray and 2 ******** cleansers. The order came and was short 1 (one) can of hair spray. I have called Just OTC every day several times. I have also emailed them everyday. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone and only get automated response by email. I do not understand how they can run this business and not resolve issues with their customers. All I want is for them to either send me the can of spray that was short or to refund the money for the one can.
Desired Settlement: I want the one can of ***** hair spray either sent or a refund of 3.29. I would also like to see that this company be required to have customer support if they are allowed to run an online business
