Complaint: They advertised that the cookware does stack cooking. Rep made it seem like several pots would stack cook giving the buyer several different configurations. One of the main features that sold me on the product. But none of the 4 sets they try to sell you up front have a stack cooking option. The rep said he would switch one pot out for one that does stack cook. But I told him that I still would only have one stack cooking option. He made us believe that I would be able stack cook with all of the pots. I put a deposit down which they refuse to give me back because I only had 3 days to change my mind. But I didn't even know the situation until my brother-in-law received his cookware weeks later. He is very upset and unhappy that he paid $4,000.00 for a set of pots that doesn't do what they advertised and sold us on.

Desired Settlement: I gave them a $550.00 deposit which I would like back.

I am rejecting this response because:  They did not resolve the issue.  They are trying to give me one stack cook option.  We were told that all the pots stack cooked.  There were 6 people at that dinner party.  And all 6 of us were lead to believe the same thing.  I was not the only person there that thought this.  And the 3 days they gave me to change my mind was not enough time to find out that I was not getting a stack cook option.  My brother-in-law bought a set and is very unhappy about the same issue.  He is stuck with his set since he already purchased them.  I will not going to be stuck with something that I am not fully satisfied with.  This is false advertising and I want my money back.  If they do not comply, then my next step is to see a lawyer.
