      In August, I was looking to trade in a SUV I purchased in May. I found a Subaru Forester that I liked and Miller provided me a quote which made sense, took a fully refundable $500 deposit over the phone for a car which was likely due in early October. In early September, our personal situation changed. I let Miller know that I had changed my mind, they can release the car and refund my deposit. I was initially communicating with the internet sales person, who said I needed to speak directly with the floor sales person. I emailed him (I thought it was best to have the information in writing). I didn't hear back from him, followed up with the internet sales person and then I finally heard from my sales rep. ** left me a message that I needed to call back and provide them again with my CC information in order to initiate the refund. I have had some extenuating circumstances and it has been quite difficult for me to make the call. When I finally remember, the dealership has closed for the day. Today, I emailed to find out if the car had yet sold since I hadn't heard from them. They sold the car on 9/29.... I find it incredibly unethical to have sold the car AND still hold my $500 deposit. Once that car sold, someone should have called me everyday until they reached me to refund my money. Not once did anyone try to call me. Up to this point, I was pleased with how I was treated by the dealership staff. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of character and professionalism.
