While shopping for a car, I found one I truly liked at Hudson Nissan. I agreed to purchase the vehicle under specific conditions: that they would replace the bumper and resolve the service light issue. The salesperson agreed to these terms, and I made a down payment to secure the car while I arranged financing with my credit union. Upon receiving approval, I scheduled a pickup appointment for 10/27.However, when I arrived on that day, I waited for hours only to be told that they wouldn't fix the bumper and that I needed to visit Audi to address the service light issue. Frustrated by this change, I demanded a refund. I had paid $3,500 for their warranty and received a $33,000 check from my credit union. They informed me that it would take 3 days to process the refund, but it has now been over a week with no refund in sight.As a result, I've had to spend money renting a car because they tried to sell me a problematic vehicle. I returned to the dealership after the 3rd business day, and they asked me to wait an additional 5-7 days, but there's still no sign of the refund.
