POINTED OUT TO DEALER THAT VEHICLE DID NOT HAVE ETCHING ON WINDOWS & DEMANDED REFUND OF $198 + TAX ...... GETTING RUN AROUND FROM SALESMAN & MANGER ...... I PURCHASED VEHICLE FOR SON & DAUGHTER IN LAW WHO LIVE IN PHILLY
Desired Settlement: SINCE SERVICE OF "WINDOW ETCHING" WAS NOT PROVIDED, NOR REQUESTED, AND NOT WANTED .... REFUND OF $198 + TAX
Mr. ****** has contacted me on behalf of his daughter in law. He felt as though it was wrong to have been charged etching for a vehicle she had purchased from our dealership. After e-mails and conversation, I agreed to reimburse them $212 which was agreeable to Mr. ******. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to assist in this matter.
