            We purchase a vehicle with the Nissan Edison on November 20, 2023 and today is December 20,2023 and we have not been given the vehicle. We need help as the dealership is not being helpful and giving us the runaround about the vehicle that we purchased and gave a $2,000 down payment on. We have tried speak to ***** who is the general manager. Who has not be responsive nor has he provided any update on the vehicle that we purchased 30 days ago. This is now affecting my credit has they have we with a vehicle that I do not have in my position.

            I lost my brother back in June, returned his truck on July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. A call was placed to Nissan corporate to send a copy of all necessary documentation and we were told that everything would be good from an employee at this location. In the back of the truck were car parts we were unable to bring back with us since we were from out of state and already had a lot of stuff to bring back that belonged to my brother. We told the guys that they can do with it what they will because we needed to get home and had nobody to take it or store it elsewhere. These parts included a brand new exhaust and a 2 inch lift kit. Someone here messed up big time because not only have there been multiple phone calls received about the truck, but today a repo man showed up to my mother's home over 1,000 miles away and they threatened to take HER vehicle because edison Nissan failed to do their job correctly. The truck has been in their possession since July 20th, 2023. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this **** show of a location to anyone.
