Did a home sleep study with Sleeptopia this last month. The over all experience was fantastic! What a great concept and after learning about them it just made complete sense to me to do a sleep test at your own home not a lab like test subject. One thing that really stuck with me was I had the opportunity to speak with the CEO for awhile when I came in. You don't often get to do that these days, But this young man impressed me. He was very helpful and took the time to visit with me. I see why this company has grown and why my Dr sent me to them. The whole office was very thoughtful and seemed to genuinely care. If you need a sleep study use this local company, you won't be disappointed.
We had just bought a new home that needed some stucco/EIFS repair in the front due to cracks. We ended up finding J&K Plastering via ****** and the BBB site recommendation. As a small business owner myself centered on customer service, I have very high standards as to what "good service" entails. I have no issues at all saying that the service I've received from J&K Plastering should be the model all businesses strive for. From the beginning the experience was great - they took our call on a weekend and were able to get us a quote in 2 days. All other contractors we called, which we did to compare quotes, gave us the run around and took over a week and multiple calls to get us a quote. Best part was that J&K's quote was cheaper and way more detailed. They answered our questions quickly and were patient the entire process. When a warranty was requested, it was given in writing and very generous. Basically J&K told us that we need to be 100% satisfied and they'll do whatever it takes to accomplish that. No other contractors offered this!!! This gave us piece of mind, which is worth a lot. Lastly, the work done was great. Although not perfect, ***, one of the owners, ensured that any remediations were taken care of in a very timely fashion. An extremely great experience all around.
We recently rented a Class C motorhome from Leach RV. The Rental Manager (*****) and owner (*** Leach) are amazing individuals. We had a minor problem with the rental however, these two outstanding men were so helpful in remedying the problems we felt compelled to report the outstanding professionalism these two men displayed. We highly recommend this dealership for the purchase or rental of recreational vehicles.
In order to unsuccessfully reset my password and have them send over a four digit verification code, they will need to know the following information:
1) Full Name
2) Current Address
3) Last 4 digits of debit card #
4) Last 4 digits of account number
5) Last 4 digits of SSN
6) Previous Address
7) Email Address on File
8) Phone Number on File
10) How much per paycheck amount goes to your account?
After verifying all this information, they still cannot assist me with my request. I cannot bypass the security question because I do not know the answer. I have numerous amount of those 4 digit verification codes and still cannot access my account because I cannot bypass the security question. They send out a 4 digit code again. Part of my job now is to call Payflex and try and get their manager or supervisor on call. Their technical department cannot be transferred to because it does not exist. How do I access my account and have someone provide me a temporary password and NOT a 4 digit code? How do I bypass my security question? I work in software support. It does not take me a day to reset a client's password if they forget the answer to their security question.
I'm starting to think this company is a scam so they can keep your money and have you run in circles to complete a simple task. This is their way to keep your money. This is so ridiculous and frustrating. It's like talking to a wall every time I call their customer support. They hang up on you, they transfer you to the incorrect department, they tell you your current address is incorrect even though you've called numerous times in the past and it's been correct. WHY is this task so difficult?

My family has used Aksarben for a very long time. In this case, their HVAC specialist ************* came to my home to deal with a problem with my heat pump. He came late in the day since I work until 5:30 & stayed until he had everything repaired & working properly. He, along with his supervisor, came up with an alternate solution to the problem that he was finally able to diagnose that sidepassed the need to do major work in my basement & ended up being less expensive than the original diagnosis - which turned out to be incorrect anyway. I am very grateful for the hard work he did & for his consideration of my situation.
I am new to the Lincoln area, and our home recently suffered significant hail damage. Unfortunately I had not yet built my list of trusted contractors that I use for projects and repairs. That said, I search the BBB website for accrediated contractors who are typically focused on outcome and customer service. That is how I found the folks at J&K Plastering.
Part of my repairs required some unplanned EFIS repair that needed to be done quickly due to forecasted rain. The folks at J&K Plastering responded quickly, providing me with a written quote for their services and schedule. The repairs made matched my existing EFIS pattern so you can't even tell it was not part of the original house.
Their work, combined with their customer service has made them part of my list of trusted contractors. I have had them out two additional times to do some indoor drywall work.

PayFlex has the absolute worse customer service I have experienced to date. My Father has Parkinson's and, after being unable to work for his current employer, had to pay ***** until he became benefit eligible for ******** B. Because we were in the process of trying to get his ******** Part B to become effective sooner than the start date given to him, we were paying his ***** premiums month to month using the PayFlex online system. To make a long story short, we notifed PayFlex of him becoming benefit eligilbe and quit making the online payments to *****. However, three additional ***** premiums were taken after notification. We contacted PayFlex and after jumping through NUMEROUS hurdles and being transferred around from one rep. to another like a game of hot potato, having to repeat our issue time and time again, we FINALLY got them to issue one refund. However, they refused to issue the other two and refused to admit acknowlegement of the previous benefit notification. They said had we deleted his STORED payment information, this would have never occurred. My arguement is 1). You were notified of his other coverage on the date and before he became benefit eligilbe for ******** B 2). We did not authorize automatic payments 3). You should not store a clients payment information and take it upon yourself to make payments once the customer has stopped making those payments whereas had it not been stored, this would not have even been an issue....So you are stealing from your clients! Each rep. I spoke with simply regurgiated the same customer service line they must have learned in training and robotically stated "I know this is frustrating but our policy states...." PayFlex refused to issue the refund and refused to give me the number to Corporate, but instead opted to give me an address that goes to who knows where. We are seeking legal counsel. Ridiculous.
I listed an old RV with this company with reservations and to my surprise the service was better than I had anticipated. They contacted me promptly when needed, remembered me, and I actually sold my RV for more than I thought it was worth but for exactly what they said it would sell for. They turned a doubting Thomas into a believer. Good Job - ******.
************ was our service technician today doing the fall check on our heat pump and furnace. **** did an excellent job. Polite introduction of himself, said what he was going to do, and proceeded to clean and service the heart pump and furnace. Explained and showed that a couple of repairs were needed and took care of it. I found him knowledgeable and very competent. **** demonstrates that Aksarben ARS continues to hire and train excellent people.
****** and ****** just left my home. They arrived in the proper time frame. They immediately attacked the difficult stains. The carpet looks beautiful. They were polite and cordial. I could not believe how low the cost was, including the multiple stairs. I would recommend them to anyone and will use only them again in the future. I'd give them a 5 star rating.
Freedom Travel and ************ did a great job of arranging our recent trip to six central and eastern European cities. Robert went the extra mile to save us about $900 of air fare. The service was prompt, courteous and accurate, and the trip came off without a hitch. We are very appreciative.
Do not waste your time with them. They have no showed, missed appointments, not returned calls, and then when they found that it wasn't an easy fix to find the leak they want to charge for an estimate on their work. Rude and poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Lasting Improvements did not install my roof, but were sent by the warranty company to repair leaks after the original installers went out of business. The leaks were difficult (the original company failed to fix them) BUT:
1) I had to call Lasting Imp. repeatedly & getting a confirmed date was difficult.
2) They put a 4" flange on a 3" pipe & caulked to try to make it work, claiming the caulk would outlast the roof.
3) After months & at least four trips out, my plaster falling, they decided it was a plumbing leak. The picture of the tiny round spot half-way up the pipe could no way cause that, but they didn't listen. I emailed the picture to a plumbing company who responded they'd be happy to help, but they hated to waste my money as they could tell from the picture it definitely wasn't a plumbing leak. I forwarded that email to the roofers, who responded it was their "professional" opinion it was a plumbing leak. I paid $*** for the plumbers to come out & confirm it wasn't a plumbing leak. (The plumbers DID find a nail-hole leak that Lasting Improvements had NOT found.) When I forwarded the plumbers' report to Lasting Improvements, they didn't even bother to reply.
5) At this point (thank goodness) the warranty company brought in new roofers. It took the new roofers TWO trips to fix the leaks, but they did fix them. The new roofing company scraped off & replace the caulking Lasting Improvement had added (I watched it peel right off), redid the shingles around the vent pipe, lowered the umbrella on the HVAC pipe (took seconds), fixed the nail-hole leak the plumbers had found, and caulked the HVAC inside the attic. After two bad experiences (the original roofers who justifiably went out of business & this one), it was quite a relief.
Tale came out to do a tune-up and inspection of our furnace. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. After he completed his inspection, he took time to clearly go through everything he inspected, gave us recommendations, and provided us with valuable information regarding our unit as well as services provided by Aksarben ARS. Overall, he did an excellent job, and we will definitely be returning customers!
