These guys are intelligent and professional experts of their trade. I've referred them to numerous residential HVAC clients, and have never received anything but thankful and glowing feedback. If I ever need need heating/cooling work done, they're my first call.
Had them out to clean my carpets and ductwork they showed up promptly on time they had a neat and clean appearance cleaned my duck work showed me actually how dirty it was carpets came out fantastic was very clean pleased with their work would recommend them

Just to let you know, Rainbow Dental is now Summit Dental Health. My problem is getting a refund back from them. It is now been 8 days and one excuse after another. I just called them and was told that the money would be in my account tomorrow (4/10/15). Trying to get a refund back is like pulling teeth! Other than this problem the dentists and technicians have all been great.

We dropped my husbands Laptop off on Friday 4/3/15, when my husband asked when he could expect his computer (laptop) back, he was told Wednesday. We finally called Monkey Bytes late Wednesday afternoon as we had NO contact from them. My husband was told the technician was working on it now. We called this morning, Thursday, spoke with the owner who stated "We NEVER" promise a day when it will be ready. Prior to taking the computer to Monkey Bytes we called and were told on the phone it would take until Wednesday to get our computer back. As this is a business laptop, we had to decide if the time would be okay for us. We choose to take it to Monkey Bytes as they are BBB acredited. The owner this morning was rude and hung up on us. I do NOT suggest using this business again. We have our own business and if we ran it this way we would be OUT of business.
I have used Fast Cash for over a year, and have always found the staff polite, and helpful. The service they provide is, and has been, very helpful in the past. They have always been honest and fair in every transaction I have made with them. i have had physicians mutual dental insurance for a few years now. They paid promptly on my claims and how much they said they would pay for the procedures I had done. While they don't pay a lot on some procedures, they do pay what they said they would pay. I am happy with them and will continue to keep my dental policy.

We couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship. Their estimator *****, was knowledgeable and professional. The work crew arrived as arranged and performed the work in a timely manner. Clean-up afterward was exceptional. We were delighted to receive as a thank you, a gift card to ***************** a week later. ************* and his company were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very awesome experience! We recently had a kitchen cabinet update with new cupboard faces. The transition was amazing! The Reno was done in a timely fashion and done to complete perfection. We appreciated the nearly allergy free environment. Clean up was also a positive. It was a pleasure to hire a master craftsman.
I had been having problems with my business computer system and point-of-sale software for months when **** happened in my store. It was a Saturday, I had a line of customers and the computer kept freezing up. He offered to look at it right then. He got it up and running for me within a half hour and continued to fine-tune it on Sunday. By Monday morning it worked perfectly and I have not had a problem since. I had previously consulted with several sources including the "tech support" from ****** - none of which seemed able to solve the issues. **** at Tech Life Support was truly a life saver for me. I recently had some work done by FSA Digital Services. ***** the company owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took my old film and put it on DVD, converted my HD video camera to DVD and he took all the video clips and pictures off my phone and put them on DVD. He even did some forensic work and found some cherished video that had been accidentally erased. He put everything on indestructible DVD's which I was very grateful for. I am very happy with the service I received from FSA Digital Services.
We needed our ground graded and some sod installed and called************, the owner of Hi Caliber Landscapes, on the recommendation of our contractor and was told that ***** would be the guy to call and would be very helpful. Unfortunately, that was not the case. ***** at Hi Caliber Landscapes seemed very helpful when we first called. He came out right away and did measurements and he told us that he would have an estimate emailed to us the very next day. We were delighted. Then, we waited for the estimate for more than 2 weeks! We called ***** and sent texts to ***** with no response. ***** blamed the delay in getting back to us on sod not being ready. Last time I checked, sod being ready has nothing to do with picking up your phone or sending an email. He finally decided to get back with us and sent us the estimate. We obviously were hesitant because of the time lapse between ***** saying he was going to send us an estimate and it actually arriving. We didn't want our job treated like that and we asked him why he hadn't contacted us sooner. His response was "I'm not going to be there to call you every day and hold your hand". He also said that we should go find someone else to do our job. Honestly, I'm glad we found out about this and could dodge this bullet before we gave ***** ****** at Hi Caliber Landscapes any money. My guess is if we did, the job might get done and maybe even well. But who knows when it would get done. You may want to dodge this bullet as well and go find another landscaper that actually wants to work.

While I have no complaint against MUD's services I find their collection methods to be ruthless and unfair. Having lived in my home for the last 37 years and paying my MUD every month of those 37 years I recently moved and after having the utilities shut off (**** kindly leaves the power on so the next owner doesn't have to pay for a hook up fee. On the other hand, MUD is not as kind) I received a final bill including an unpaid balance for level payments. It was a sizeable amount having come off winter and more than I could pay all at once. So I sent a letter along with a payment to MUD asking to pay the bill in three consecutive monthly payments. I heardn nothing back so assumed this was acceptabl. Then after making my second payment I received a collection notice demanding the balance. I fired back a letter to MUD expressing my disqust with them. Two days later I receive a call from MUD to inform me that they do not accept payments for final bills. Really? How about all thepeople that can't pay their bills on time. I know for a fact MUD makes arranagements with them.
I find MUD's tactics to be deplorable. They are ruthless, heartless and unyielding. This utility company in particular is not interested in helping or working with you. What they are interested in is taking your money. So be aware and be prepared when dealing with MUD.
