              Purchased camper on 6 4 2022. Brand new. Took it out and the refrigerator won't work. Have called numerous times but no suitable response . Most times just answering machine and no call back. We are working with this camper and we need to use it. Purchased from ac Nelson ************. Would like a resolution to this problem that we don't have to pay for.

              DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NO INTEGRITY!! Drove over 2000 miles one way to purchase a trailer. It took me a long time to find it, nothing available locally. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. NO/LOUSY customer service. Put down a deposit, it was then me, calling, attempting to communicate. There are many questionable business practices at the dealership. The Attorney General will be contacted. For example, why, when paying cash for a $999 hitch, does that amount show in the purchase price of the trailer? And why, when asked, can't I get a receipt for the cash hitch purchase? Sketchy, don't you think? Then, I find out when I get back to Arizona that flaws that were "supposedly fixed" were not. The dealer lied. Feel free to contact me for more additional information. The service tech Matt was good.
