Dear Sir,

All print advertising packages that are provided allow for specific periods of time that an ad is printed in the magazine(s). During the period of time that an ad is printed in the magazine(s), the equipment is also displayed online for no additional charge. Once the print advertising time period expires, the online advertisement of the equipment on the web site is removed unless another advertising package is purchased.

You purchased a four (4) week print advertising sale that was fulfilled by printing your ad in four (4) weeks of one edition of the magazine. If you desire to advertise your piece of equipment again either in print, online, or both, we are happy to provide another advertising package for you to purchase.

We did ask to keep it online. That is what we were told that if we post it on the paper we can have it online free as well. but he didnt keep it.

The ***** was activated online, without additional charge due to the print advertising package you purchased, from *************** until it was deactivated on ***************. Again, this online listing was deactivated after your print advertising package expired.

If you would like for your ***** to be listed online or in the paper, we would be happy to discuss another advertising package that we have available.
