I saw the dentist on 5/18/22 and was told my insurance would not cover any of their services. I paid it off pocket ****** for a CT scan performed there. And they wanted me to pay ****** for services that need done. When I contacted my insurance company they told me they are in network and some of the services should be covered. My insurance then contacted the business and they stated we do not file claims, if she wa ants to do that she will need to go elsewhere. They are currently in breach of contract with **** **********************************. I would like reimbursement for the **% insure should have covered for the CT scan since they are in network. They took my cards and never once told me they would not file a claim, only stated none of the services are covered. I feel like blatantly lied about this and just wanted the cash. My insurance is trying to contact them to inform them they have to file a claim and if not they will be investigated for breach of contract and I've tried contacting them as well and even though they are clearly in their open house they refuse to answer the phones. This truly concerns me as to how many Pele they may have done this to already that didn't check into it. I will not be returning to them as I feel they are ***** and ***************** as a business.
