I called the D.C. in Aug, '22 to give estimate for mudjack, caulk, & polyfloor. The total was $7,400 - $740 (10%) to hang sign. They scheduled 1 day in Sept to do work, but only mudjack & caulking. I was told there was 1-year warranty. The guy called & said I owed $3,300 for work. I wrote the check & taped to my door. Their work was ok for 3 months. In Oct I called the office to say they hadn't scheduled polyfloor. The lady said they were busy & they would call back to schedule work. No reply. I called in Dec & left message. No reply. I called again in Jan & Feb, & left message. The lady said she remembered me & they would schedule. I told her the driveway sank. The caulk was crap. Didn't fix it. I called several times last Spring & left many messages to fix it. I knew what would happen, the time lapses & year expires. I wanted to do this before my new cabinets, so I wanted the garage floor level with the driveway for my mom's wheelchair. Another rep came out to estimate polyfloor. He couldn't find my colors or price given earlier. I didn't hire them for polyfloor. Spring they came out to fix mudjack, but it looked good 1 day, then sank. I called right before cabinets were put in. No reply. I went with someone else for polyfloor and was happy. I called in Sept before my year was up to tell them I thought I should get discount.. The lady said they came out to correct it & wouldn't again. They were only holding out til year was up. $3,300 is a lot when job is poor. I told her they didn't do it right, but now it was too late because it would crack new floor. She refused to re-do. I told her I deserved discount. She told me to call Omaha office, who said I wouldn't get discount. I told her I would let BBB know. This is why there are only 1-star reviews. Driveway Company. it is easier to keep good customers than to lose them & work hard to get new ones. I was prompt in my payment. Why weren't you prompt?!!
