Recently just FINISHED car payments that I've been making for a YEAR & SIX MONTHS. Last 4 months the car broke down, took it to them 3 DIFFERENT times to have it fixed. PAID $150 for them to fix it (they never did) because 3 DIFFERENT TIMES the car broke down on me in the middle of the street.

I put this on my LIFE. If you're smart. Don't ever do business with this "nonchalant *** company".

I'm depressed & suicidal due to personal health issues. I'm going through a hard time right now.*************************************************************** ********** I've lost my job from losing THIS car I WORKED SO **** HARD TO PAY IT OFF JUST for me to end up with NO CAR, NO TRADE IN, NO FIXED CAR. NOTHING but a "oh well, suck it up". I do everything on my own & I promise to GOD himself if I could sue I would in a heartbeat. 4,000 + more down the drain. WOW. Karma is real & I can't wait for it to catch up to the ones who make it harder for the next.

In response to the Customer Review you received from Mesha **************. Please be advised that Ms. ***** was very close to having her car paid off after a year and 1/2. We received
notification from the City of Omaha Impound that the vehicle was impounded due to lack of current registration and license plates. As a courtesy to our customer we attempted to
contact her with no response. We then made the choice on 11-15-21 to pay the impound fees ($205.00), and the tow ($75.00). This way the storage charges do not keep adding up. The car
was impounded by the City for no legal registration or license plates. When Ms. ****** came to our office we advised her of the fees from the impound and that the City of Omaha Impound lot told
us that we are not allowed to release the vehicle to her without legal license plates. She at that time stated that the transmission was out and was not happy with previous repairs that we had completed. We advised
her that before we are able to work on the car, the fees and towing charges must be paid also with legal license plates. She was also advised that the cost of a new transmission would be
quite costly and questioned if it would be wise to put a new transmission in a 2005 vehicle. We advised her this would be a repossession and there would be no further charges to her.
She then handed us her key. On that day(11/16/2021) there was an exchange of foul language with Ms. ***** and one of our secretaries took over. The next day 11-17-21 Ms. ****** wrote a review
about our dealership on Yelp. It was a very filthily written and slanderous review. The manager of Yelp proceeded to contact us and sent us the following short letter advising that her
review would be removed immediately. He also stated that it was written slanderous and vulgar. It was removed. On 11-18-21 Ms. ****** came of our office and signed a Release of
Equity which releases her and our dealership from any further actions regarding each other in regards to this transaction. So far as this matter is concerned, this incident and installment contract
it is now a closed matter.
