            I bought a washer from the company sept of 2020 in June of 2021 I had a repair man out to have them fix it in the process they broke the drum of the washer. They had to take the washer to the shop to get it repaired back in June 2021. I called two weeks ago and spoke with the manager Joe and the owner of Schaefer's. Joe informed me that he spoke with ****** and they would be sending out a drum but when I called today the girl didn't see anything about it. I spent ******* dollars plus ****** for a warranty on a washer I don't have. I have been using my mother in laws washer since then. At this point in time they can keep the washer and just give me a full refund for the washer and warranty and I DO NOT want store credit.
