            December 2023 I contracted with Frontier to level my house. I financed $12,000 through ****************** for the work performed. In February 2024, I contacted the company to have them repair equipment they installed which had started to malfunction. The proposed work in the contract was not done and now I am faced with getting the work done anyway. I have had 3 more contractorsc come out and give me quotes for the work which still need to be done. I have pictures of the work performed by Frontier versus the work they really performed.I am looking for a path forward. My home is my livelihood.

            We often had standing water in our crawlspace and were concerned about the structural integrity of our home so we invested in crawlspace encapsulation. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The guys who did the work, Brandon, David, and Brooks were wonderful and did great work. Our seven-year-old daughter was fascinated by what they were doing so she spent as much time as possible watching them and they were so kind to her. Very classy crew! We are completely satisfied with Frontier. It’s not cheap to have crawlspace encapsulation done but it is cheaper than fixing the problems which would have arisen in the future had we not made this investment.
