            Dad's has a tractor and trailer that our insured destroyed in an accident. We paid our towing and storage policy limits, the insured made a deal to trade the trailer to pay off the remaining balance of $5,000 on the bill. We sold the salvage on the tractor to another source. Dad's has received our checks, the trailer is there, but now he will not release the tractor to the salvager until they receive the title for the trailer. This title is held by the lien holder and we have no idea or control as to when they will send the title. As a result, we have lost our $16,900 salvage, the ability to use that salvage firm any further, and must now attempt to recover the lost salvage from the insured as a forced retain unit. Further, we are going to have to pay the salvager for a dry run on their second trip out, as Dad's never advised they still would not release the tractor once they received the remaining check for the towing.

            I would not even give 1 star but i had to. I was told the tow would cost $385. When they were dropping the vehicle the price went to $641! I was never that I would be charged $7.00 per mile and fuel/parts to the tune of almost $60 just to be towed 10 miles from where truck broke down. They charged me $7 per mile coming and going!! They should have told me the price would go up from $385. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
