Complaint
My tickets were denied entry. I attempted to get a scan report to show tickets were denied so I could get a refund, but my request was denied.
Bridgestone Arena staff denied my request for a scan report showing my tickets were scanned and denied for Ticketmaster order number X-XXXXX/SCS Luke Bryan concert section 101 row K seats 1-2. The scan report is created and owned by Bridgestone Arena that provides the details of scan of every tickets that attempts to gain access to the venue. As a customer, I request to have access to only the information for the previous mentioned order number/section/seat numbers.

Desired Settlement
Scan report showing record of tickets being scanned, date/time and number of times scanned, and indication of tickets being denied or successful entry. Report should highlight this information.

We are unable to pull a scan report. We had a corrupt file from Ticketmaster and lost all scanner information for the month of October. When attempted to reimport the event to pull the data it says, "Barcodes for: ******* Have been retired! ******* will NOT be processed. 1 Events not processed (see details above). Nothing to do! Exiting..."

This case can be closed. Ticketmaster found that the tickets were indeed bad and issued a full refund.

Account X-XXXXX for Luke Bryan on October 19 was refunded by Ticketmaster on November 8. The amount of $135.91 was refunding to Mr. *****'s ********** ending in *****

Bought tickets to Dead and Company show on 11/18/2015 but was not allowed to enter the building.
Purchased tickets to Dead and Company show on 11/18/2015. When I arrived my tickets did not work at the gate. Tried calling to get an explanation but box office was not helpful. Seats were in section 114 row B seats 1-4.

Desired Settlement
Please provide a scan report and explanation as to why my tickets did not work. Seats were in section 114 row B seats 1-4. Please let me know how I can go about getting a refund.
