            We are continuing to receive an invoice for $1300 for a 1 year contract beginning 3/1/2020 that we never agreed to. ***********************, the Regional Sales Director- West at the time discussed these terms with us in January 2020 and received a 90 days written notice as discussed. This is after we continually tried throughout 2019 to cancel for 2020. I have been harassed many times from Uniguest trying to get payment for this and every time I am told that they say they will get the account cleared. *************************, their AR Account Manager has said this in email March of 2021 and ******************************* in December of 2021. I complied with their cancellation policy and I would like to receive something in writing that they will not be pursuing this bill.
