Keep customers waiting for days and never show up. Waste so much of customers time? The quality of work really depends on which plumber eventually shows up. Some much better than others. Installed 2 faucets noticeably crooked and broke a stopper on the install weeks ago Still awaiting the return of my new stopper. Don’t wear shoe coverings and I had brand new carpets. Went and purchased a clear plastic runner to protect my rugs. Not reliable and had to hire someone to check their work Would not recomend this plumber

We work really hard to meet customer expectations. For our failure to do so for you, I am sorry. You have raised several issues which I wish to address. The work we performed was thur a Gen Contractor. The work schedule was coordinated by the Contractor. I will be glad to provide you with info in that regard as we keep a log of request./schedule. As to quality , I suspect that comment stems from the "broken" stopper. That crew was installing the faucets, but you ask them to leave when the broken stopper issue occurred. That crew was not allowed to recheck or complete their work on the faucets. I personally examined the broken part along with other members of our senior staff. The conclusion was that it was a poor design. I personally reordered the part, which was a faucet part you supplied . The ****** vendor actually told me it had been a problem and that it was in fact a poor design. We, at our expense replaced the broken part. That part has now been installed, but as to a delay it getting the part, we do make it and were at the mercy of the supplier . Material issues during and since Covid have been well documented. As to wearing shoe coverings, that issue will be addressed. It is policy for those to be used. Again I am sorry we did not meet your expectations ,
