The owner of "Melody Music Studios", Ms ***** ****, has not returned $95.00 for piano lessons that were never given.
Our piano teacher in ******* *** unfortunately became ill in December 2014 and stated that he cannot teach our son anymore. He said we should ask Ms K. **** for the $95.00 that was already deducted from our checking account. We did that. First she "proposed" to keep the money "for us" and just use it as a "credit" when our piano teacher gets better. We said thank you but do not want to wish to wait for that. The next time (on 1/19/15) she stated in an email that she will return the money "in 2-3 business days..."
As of today (1/29/15) we have not received that "return" to our account.

Desired Settlement
Want the refund to the account and/or a check to my name ASAP. After these delays we do not want to do any more business with her and/or her "Studio."

I had issued the refund on 1/19/15 as an electronic check reversal, however for some reason the refund was denied on 1/21/15 without my being aware of that. I have contacted Mr ******* and let him know I will mail the refund check for $95 today, and asked him to revers the complaint in the meantime. I'm hoping he will do that. This was not my intention to not refund him the money.
