Complaint THEY LEFT TOWN AND SHUT DOWN AND STILL OWE ME $750.00 IN CREDIT WITH THEIR COMPANY I DO HAVE THE LETTER STATING THEY OWE ME. THEY LEFT TOWN WITHOUT STATING WHAT THEY WHERE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS MATTER.

Complaint I paid HRC ($2,950.00)for a year of medical hormone replacement therapy. My first visit was 9-24-12. I had blood lab work done 4 times and received 3 implants. When I went to the office for the 4th implant, the week of 3-20-13, it was shut down. I called the phone number listed on the front door and was sent an email to send in a claim form to: Claims, HRC ************* ** *** XXXXXX, ********** ** XXXXX. I did this and asked for the amount of $2,250.00 which I thought was a fair value of the unfinished therapy. I also requested my medical records from them which I have not received. Complaint Possible health issues and no service for $2,750.00that I paid upfront. I paid up front $2750 on Nov.11,2011at the Lexington my office and I had a scheduled appointment for march 2012 but the doors were closed. I have had no contact with the company at all.I am very upset over being scammed!!!
