Complaint
A project that was suppose to take 2 months tops. The project still no completely finished.
Mr. ****** doesn't show up for agreed time to work. The only time he works is when we are there to babysit. Materials were purchased for the project. Materials were left out i the rain to ruin. The inside of the house in still not completed. Then the contractor proceeds to work on the outside of the garage. The contractor leaves materials on the ground. They don't complete any project. We had to start paying Lowe's etc. for materials.

The project was in Manchester, TN. The house is on Fredonia Drive. The house is for Family Home Care, services. The tenant is myself and ****** **********.

The job on ************ In Manchester, Tn. hasn't been completed because ***** **********, ( The property owner ) hired an attorney to terminate our contract. We would have gladly finished this project. The contract was between ***** ********** and Superior Home I

Mr. ****** had almost a full year to complete a two-month project. He did not show up over a dozen times when he said he would. He did not return a gift card. He was paid in advance and did not provide the services promised via contract. We had no choice but to terminate the contract for his failure to complete it. Mr ****** does not fulfill contractual obligations even though he was paid in advance. We found ourselves upside down on the project due to his failure to move the project forward.
