on the 20th of nov. I call one hour to repair my ac/heater. They done a substantial repair (by passing a built in safety device.
When I filed a complaint with the company, the owner called and after talking with him, he assured me he would refund all my money. Well, its been weeks and still nothing. His techs are lack expertise and he lacks integrity. I will never call this company again. If you can't believe the boss who can you believe, right?

Desired Settlement
I only want what was promised me. He apparently only said what he said to shut me up, but I don't shut up. Please people, if you run a business and you want customers to return at least do what your paid for and what you promise. He offered the refund, I didn't ask for it, so I feel he should deliver. And bypassing a built in safety device is not my idea of professional repair.

Mr ******* was contacted the morning of 1/2/14. I explained his agreed upon refund was mailed the end of November. He said had not received it. I told him I will personally deliver a check today. He said he would not be home until Monday, I gave him my cell to call so I could meet him and personally deliver the check on Monday.
Regarding the work, Mr ******* had been working on the system himself. We had diagnosed a bad pressure switch . He refused allowing us to repair the switch because he "normally did these things himself and just couldn't figure out what was wrong". He approve bypassing the switch which was to protect the system from overpressure. This was not a personal safety device. All work was performed as the customer requested. The attached file is the the approved work ticket and payment received from the customer 11.20.14. In spite of the fact all work was done as requested and payment received on work done ( see attached signed work ticket), we agreed to refund the customers payment to resolve the issue as it appeared nothing else would be acceptable to the customer.
The customer agreed he will be home Monday to receive a refund ( which was agreed upon originally based on our 100% satisfaction guarantee) and the matter will be settled.
