Consumers indicate EI Interactive has failed to respond to email or phone messages requesting cancellation of the free trial period causing unauthorized fees to be charged to bank or credit card accounts. Complaints further allege the company failed to provide a secure website when collecting the customers billing information causing a compromise of the customer's account information. |
