Consumers who choose to do business with Furniture Warehouse should read and understand the company's store policies. All merchandise sales are final which means there are NO refund or exchanges. Merchandise must be picked up within 10 days of purchase. The company maintains a 90 day in store warranty, which means the company will repair the problem without cost to the customer; however, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product to the warehouse as the company does not provide transportation for warranty service issues. This warranty is void in the case of misuse, multiple damage (deliberate or intentional), customer abuse or neglect, including excessive soiling or stains. The consumer should take caution in securing the merchandise during transport as the company does not tie items onto vehicles. Any item purchased from the showroom floor is sold "as-is." Others may be marked as "final closeout." These items do not come with a warranty. Drop off/delivery fees apply to every delivery. Merchandise is dropped off in the box or plastic, and the company does not set up or assemble furniture. The warranty applies immediately upon delivery, so customers should thoroughly inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt of delivery to avoid warranty coverage issues.
