My mom was buried Dec 11, 2021. I paid for the monument/***** with all engraving and future engraving in full. I asked for ****** across the top and to finish engraving the second niche. I have been trying for months to have everything finished and yet to have things done. The first time the weather was bad so I get things not being finished. When the weather got better and warmer things weren't finished because everyone quit and there was no one to engrave the rest. So still it wasn't done. How are other monuments and headstones and niches being engraved for other souls being buried at the cemetery if everyone quit? Not only has the engraving gone undone I got a text on may 3,2022 saying that my family estate monument/ niche was in the wrong place. That it was supposed to be placed one spot over from where it was because numbers got mixed up and they wanted to move it which was the last I heard from the cemetery. I've been patient with the cemetery but things have been going on long enough. My money was taken but the job has yet to be finished and having to move my mom one space over got me a little bit really frustrated the rest of my family. I don't understand how this place could get so messed up that they can't get things finished and then getting things wrong. That's in my opinion is so disrespectful for my mother having to be moved from her resting place and then things not being done I tried to text ******* who told me why things weren't done over last several months but this time no answer. I don't want excuses I want things finished and done the way I asked and without any distruction or issues or excuses or anything else. I paid a lot of money and to have it be taken and the job not complete is unexeptable and inexcusable. If other monuments for funerals are getting there headstones engraved then why isn't my family's finished? And to have to move her from her niche to move the monument is messed up.This place breaks my heart with their actions/inaction
