We bought a manufactured home from **************************************************. We paid the down payment in April of 2021, they gave us Ward Construction's number to call about set up. Their bid to set up was over 25k. My husband and them talked a few times and everything was ok. Our home was ready on December 6,2021. Because of weather delivery was delayed. although we felt that was too long. We called the son because he and my husband had a good rapport, but now he will not answer or call him back. After several emails to Factory Expo we get our home on May 10,.2022. Now the trim, siding, are done and we owe the son $500, he calls and comes to get the money. But my husband has been calling and calling to get our porch and deck put on by Ward Construction but they are not giving us any information IF they answer the phone. the owner called my husband because he threatened to reach out to a lawyer but its been over a month and we still have no porches. Our new hoe has been in our yard 2 months and we can not move in until we get our porches. Ward Construction charged $7200 for services that they have not finished and a reasonable amount of time. We are waiting n a front porch a deck and water hook up to move in our house. They will not answer the phone and in the rare case the receptionist does answer its always we will call you back. WE NEED WHAT WE PAID FOR POINT BLANK PERIOD!!!!! We have been more than fair and patient with Ward Construction. They have the WORST communication ever. Today is July 19, 2022 and we are not in our home 7 months after it was ready because of this company mostly
