            On july 14 2023 we were invited to a event for a bridal registry event where if we bought there pans we would get a extra prize for our wedding so we bought a set of pans that totaled **** dollars and was told no payment until sept 25 2023 well in august of 2023 they text me saying I needed to make a payment when we still haven't received the pans they told me i needed to call home office so i called and was told they were delivered even though i still never received the pans to this day they still call trying to get a payment and i refuse to make a payment on pans i dont have and at this point i just want the calls to stop and i dont even want the pans that were never delivered

            Was in high hopes. I enjoyed the presentation and purchased cookware. I'm trying to put my wedding invitations together and include registry information. Nowhere on my paperwork does it explain how to make a payment. I followed the website and entered my information and sent myself a $25 giftcard. The giftcard did not come to my email. Office is closed on Fridays, but my "sales rep's" included their names and phone numbers along with "IF YOU EVER NEED ANYTHING YOU CAN CALLOR TEXT US ANYTIME" in all caps and yes, including the "callor" typo. So I sent a text after 8am. No response. So I called after 9am. I was met with a voice that had just woken up, and I apologized. He still asked what I needed and I explained. He was then VERY rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Hopefully the company can remedy this situation and help me to make a payment. The sales reps 0/10 recommend. Sales reps were Brandon P and his wife Heather P from Kingsport Tn.
