We purchased a new home from this Contractor/Builder in Feb 2021. We have alot of unfinished work to do on the inside & outside of this home/property. It is written up in Our Contract that that outside yard was to be fixed due to water issues. We have heard every excuse that can be thought of why they have Not done anything. You can call or text this man, You get absolutely nothing from him, No reply back. Mr. S**** the Contractor/Builder has came here and painted one small ceiling and some outside post in the year we have been here. We personally would like Our home finished, but are getting No results. We hope for anyone sake thats looking to buy does Not make the same mistake We have. Their word means nothing to Us, We have loss All trust in this Contractor. I hope No one makes the same mistake as WE did. Why cant people just be honest and do whats right. He got his money, then He was through. Its the biggest mistake Weve ever made, buying from this Company.

They don't do anything they say!! This is the Builder/Contractor! The Builder did come back after seeing I filed a Complaint through the BBB. But, He/Builder did make a Concrete Flume, nowhere near what We we're told it would be as far as depth. Of course We've had No rain, So We have no clue what it will do. He/Builder did have another Company to fix the backyard & the sides of the yard, they did an Outstanding Job for what they were left to do with. One load of dirt, Isn't enough to fix an entire yard, So the front where it floods did not get fixed. My husband spoke with the Builder about these issues, and He pretty much said He was done. The Builder/Contractor came in Our house to fix & paint the walls, the places were not fixed, just painted over, you can see Every place that was touch with paint, they didn't attempt to fix any issues on the walls at all. You can see every paint brush mark where it was dabbed on instead of breaking it from corner to corner. Nothing, And I mean Nothing that this Man says is to be the Truth. They didn't fix Our outside light, nor they didn't fix the screens, just too many unfinished problems. But, I hope & Pray NO ONE Ever buys or Uses these people to build a house or anything for that matter. He will look you right in the face and lie to you without blinking an eye. Anyone looking to build or purchase property from this Company needs to come do a walk through Our home, it's absolutely Ridiculous. And the Sad part, He don't care! They should lose their license altogether. I'm going to continue to report them, word of mouth goes along ways. I have told Everyone about how dishonest they are, until they prove Us wrong, We will Continue to do so, Thank you BBB

To start we did not return to their property due to the original bad review given by the **********. We already had a date and time set to work on their issues. We were hesitant to return to the property at all due to one of their family members threatening my employee with physical harm. We did however do much more than is required by our warranty or contract to try and make them happy. We spent two days painting and repairing spots on walls not due to the original construction but due to normal homeowner wear and tear. Such as crayon makes, moving nicks and hand prints, which we took pictures of before repairing. When he was finished he asked her if everything was ok and she said it all looked fine. We also took care of the drainage ditch in the backyard that was promised in the contract to purchase. We also did some extra work to the front yard as a courtesy as it needed some normal homeowner maintenance which they had not completed. We did have a one year builder warranty and have went above and beyond that to satisfy this customer to no avail.

When I/We decided to turn this issue in to the BBB it was all based on Complete Honesty. We have pictures of every issue on the inside of this home that is from nailheads, Sheetrock filler, paint runs, I told the Complete truth on the first post, & second post, I/We stand firm on Our word. However, I will not deny there may have been some hand prints, marks from moving, but there is NO crayon marks on these walls, and I never expected them to fix what We had done due to moving in or anything that was done by Us, but, We didn't build this house, So therefore, We had/have Absolutely nothing to do with All these nailheads that's backing out of Our walls, nor did We have anything to do with every Window sill that the caulking has cracked in, Like I said, anyone is Welcome to come do a walk thru to see the poor job results that were done. The outside Flume was put in, not at all the size We we're told it would be, the downspout drain was NOT fixed at all, however, the Young Men that subbed out the backyard & side work, they did a Fantastic Job for what they had to do with, I stand firm on that as well. As far as a Time set to do any of the repairs here on this Property, that's just NOT true. We were told Everything inside & out would be Completely Finished in November of 2021. They would Not answer their phone, or respond to a text message, Their the ones who ran the Warranty out, but I/We believe it was All done intentionally. But, I do want Everyone to know, Never have I/ We ever threaten Anyone on this Earth, much less a worker of His. NEVER!! I/We did ask that an Employee Not to come back here to work because He broke Our toilet seat from standing on it instead of using a ladder, that's the ONLY thing that was EVER mentioned about an Employee. As I stated from the first & second Complaint I/We filed was based solely on truth. And I/We still stand firm in Every Word reported that this Contractor/Builder does NOT know the Truth about anything. He will stand and tell you something knowing He's being Completely Dishonest. I'm very happy that I/We filed a Complaint through the BBB Because that's the ONLY reason He/Contractor even came back, even though they did a Horrible Job. Like I said I will keep reporting against them & I Pray even if I can save 1 person from making the same mistake We did, it's worth it. Thank you BBB for All you've done & continue to do, Thank you

I/We would like to continue in the response from the Contractor/Builders post. The damage in part of Our front yard that He/Contractor claims was Our responsibility to maintain isn't the truth either. Our front yard that they put straw was due to an Employee of the Contractors using their machine equipment to haul concrete to the backyard, that's why it's all messed up, Simply had nothing to do with Us. The front yard that I/We was speaking of is a Water issue that's been going on every since We bought the House. When it rains, it floods the entire corner of Our Front yard where the sidewalk and driveway connect, He/Contractor has known this from day one. But, He choose eventually Not to fix this issue. We have Every Video of the Flooding that's took place here since We bought the House. We have Every Conversation that's took place since We bought the House from the Realtor, Employee, Employees Wife, to the Contractor. We also have the pictures of All the issues on the inside of house. And, on the comment about the Employee being threaten, Which is No truth at All, I know what is being spoke of, When this Employee was at Our House, I was on the phone having a conversation, and eventually instead of working He was eavesdropping on My phone conversation & ask Me if who I was talking to was talking about Him, & I confirmed the Conversation was NOT about Him. And, if someone had threatened Me in anyway to do me harm, I would never set foot back on that property. But, being this Employee is the Contractors Son in law, We allowed Him to come back after breaking Our toilet seat, Only because the Contractor did need some help with the Flume. That's the Only reason at all. We did Not want this Employee back on Our property unless the Contractor was with Him. And We would not have felt this way had the Employee had came to I/We and said Sorry I accidentally broke the toilet seat, We would have been ok with it, but Not a word of it was mention, We we're left to find it after He left. We had to purchase a new one, Not Them. But, I will stand firm on My/Our word that everything that has been reported is TRUTH on Our part. And, I will Stand Firm, that Everything that was responded to on their part is a Lie! This man knows No honesty! And that's the sad part, He will lie to you & you know it's a lie. I wouldn't Never recommend this Man to Anyone, I would highly recommend them to NEVER use them. But, on a good note, their has been so many people that has seen the issues first hand, I don't have to prove to anyone that these files are truth, because We've had numerous people to see it first hand. So, word of mouth & actually seeing it for yourself, goes along ways. Thank you again BBB
