    On March 12, 2024 my *** ******** made a loud noise and slowly stopped working. It then wouldn't turn back on. I had it towed to the Greenway *** at Rivergate. It had to be dropped off after hours, so they called me the next morning to get some details. I was then told "I found it in the lot, so we are going to pull in into the garage to get it looked at." I was then told there would be a $250 diagnostic fee, which I approved. I called back the next day (19 times to get someone to answer) for an update to be told it wasn't looked at yet. My husband and I drove down the following morning (3/15/24) to get an update in person. My car was still sitting in the lot where the tow truck left it. ****** pulled my ticket and said it was next in line to be tested. Up until this point, I was informed the problem was linked to an engine recall that the Greenway *** in Antioch told me last year didn't need to be done because it could cause more problems for my car. ****** called me Friday afternoon to let me know it was in fact the engine and she was submitting it to *** so my engine could be ordered. On Monday, 3/18, I called to see if it was approved. I was told it was approved and the engine has been ordered and could take 2-3 days to arrive. On 3/22, I still hadn't heard any update. I called and was told the engine was in fact at the dealership and I was #7 on the board for engine replacements. ****** then told me they "try to do 2 a day." So I rented a car for work and returned the car on 3/27 thinking the engine replacement should be close. I called the afternoon on 3/27 and spoke to a man in the service **** and he informed me that there were 5 cars in front of me still. He was unsure about being told I was #7 because the board changes daily so he apologized he couldn't answer how only one engine had been changed since last Friday according to the information I had been given previously. I have been given conflicting information from the beginning.

    Purchased new Kia Niro3/9/24. Was not given a chance to see sticker since car had just come in and needed cleaned up. When presented with offer sheet I was assured that the purchase price listed was the sticker price. Big mistake on my part making them show it to me… and I asked them to repeatedly. I agreed on a deal based in the belief that the purchase price I was given was the listed msrp purchase price. When I got home I found window sticker in trunk. I was told the sticker said msrp was $33,460.31. It was in fact $31,040.00. While I was negotiating, I was pressured and told that they would have to move numbers to get me the deal I asked for. I just asked them to be fair. When I called to complain and ask for adjustment the manager said that I had agreed to the deal and nothing would be done. I did agree, based on a lie inflating msrp. I trusted, or was I just stupid? They lied and cheated me and I would not advise anyone to enter that place of business. I am a 72 year old widow. Shame on them!!!
