No satisfactory resolution for broken down car.
I purchased a car and drive is approximately 7 days when I started experiencing issues. I called the car lot on a Tuesday morning and they wanted me to drive it in, I told them i didn't feel comfortable doing that, they were supposed to send their mechanic to look at it that day, they finally moved it to their lot on Thursday of that week. When I called they said it was a coil pack that was causing the issue and they were going to fix it. I called back that Monday and they said they didn't know what was wrong with it to give them a couple of days. I called back a couple days later, they didn't know what what was wrong. I went up there on week three to remove my belongings from the car and they provided a van for me to drive and advised that they only had one mechanic and there were 10 vehicles in front on mine. I contacted the lot today to advise them i was tired of waiting, they advised me they could not get to my car and they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful and they couldn't get to my car right away and there were still 7 cars in front of me. My payments are 175 every two weeks, I paid the first payment but do not feel any other payments are warrantied since I do not have the vehicle. I am returning the van today 3/11/13.

Desired Settlement
I would like a refund of my $1500 down payment minus $82.50 for the week that I have driven the van.

Hello, we have resolved this issue with ***********. We gave customer a vehicle to drive while her car was being repaired. The repair was at no cost to her. We had already begun the process of fixing her vehicle and giving her something to drive, before I knew that she had filed a complaint with the BBB. I spoke with her yesterday and she is happy.
