1)We are hiring more staff in the office to handle the increase in business as well as replace prior staff who have left.
2)We are adding a payoff and prior payment explanation letter to clarify procedures related to those areas.
3)We would also like the opportunity to speak with consumers before complaints are filed with BBB. Consumers are asked to contact Randy Roth directly @ 615-207-5171. BBB suggests allowing the company 72 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) to address the concerns before filing a complaint with BBB.
