            May, 2023 we took our car to **** black chevrolet and were told it needed a new coil kit replaced which should have been covered under our extended warranty but the service manager and service advisor confirmed to us that they presented it to the warranty company as a corroded coil rather than a bad coil so they state that its not covered. we also called the warranty company and they stated that the dealer never called them. then the dealership proceeded to charge us over $600.00 for something that we found out we didnt even need at all. we asked for the old coil kit and we asked other dealerships if it needed replacement and they said no-that there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. the dealer put the screws to us twice and they wont talk to us and GM says they cant do anything about the dealership that represents them (GM) we are out over $600.00 for no reason whatsoever

            I just bought a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV from Carl Black Chevrolet, and it was the most pleasant experience I've had yet to purchase a vehicle! Chris was so helpful in test driving and explaining the features of an EV, and he was available by text for questions. We had never had an EV or hybrid vehicle before, so it was a leap for us to choose this, but we were assured along the way. Once my husband and I decided on the car, Chris even loaned me his portable phone charger to last through the purchase time as my phone was on its last battery power. Ahin, the sales manager, was kind, efficient, and simply explained the add-ons without pressure to buy them. Ahin also helped me get the $500 teacher rebate from Chevy/GM! I LOVE my new Bolt EUV, and I feel confident that I would go to this location for service or for another car in the future. For us, it was well worth driving across town for this friendly and enjoyable experience!
