            Our father ******* ** ***** was admitted to McKendree Village long term care on July 28th 2021 and died on August 25th 2021. He paid in advance for the stay. They owe his estate ******* and have not paid yet. I have contacted them weekly and they acknowledge the owe the money. As of now...they will not return any of my phone calls. I have left messages with the administrator's, head of billing and accounts payable. I have also spoken with the ********* and they will not return her calls. We are trying to settle my parents estate now. Need help with this resolution. Thanks so much.
