breech of verbal agreement.
a few months ago I purchased a vehicle from Seasell Auto. The customer service was nice, and the people were friendly. A deal was made as usual that both parties were comfortable with. A set amount for my trade was offered, and I accepted. I was weary, however, on the purchase of the certain vehicle I was making the deal on. There was no stated warranty, and the vehicle had many modifications. I stated my concern, and that this could possibly be a deal breaker for me. ***** at SeaSell advised he stood behind the vehicle 100%, and that there was nothing wrong with it. I then stated a scenario involving the transmission, and that if I were to drive off the lot, or a few weeks later it could break. I simply used this scenario as a hypothetical situation that could potentially cost me money. ***** advised me in that case they would help with the incurred charges. He stated they would not cover the entire bill, however, they would help with some of the cost. I purchased the car, and all was fine. Exactly 1 month later the turbo in the vehicle went out. I called ***** to ask for assistance, however, it was very difficult to get in touch with him. I left several voice mails etc. Finally I got up with ****** and he stated he needed to speak with the owner ***, and that they would help out with what they could. He asked me to find out what the total was going to be, and to let him know. I did all the work myself, so it saved me the cost of labor. Once I had a total price I again tried to call ****** Again it was very difficult to get in touch with him. After weeks had gone by I was finally able to get in touch with ****** He stated that he had been very busy, and out of town. He then stated he got a new phone etc. He stated that they would not be able to help out with any of the charges. Did I mention this was over a voice mail message? I decided to visit seasell to see why the sudden change. I actually spoke to the owner ***. He was very friendly. We went over the particulars of the previous deal I told him what ***** promised etc. he stated he would need some time to think about the deal and see if they could help out. A few days passed, and I called ***. He stated there was nothing he could do in regards to the repair bill. I again stated how disappointed I was, and that I was only asking for help. Help i was previously promised. *** then agreed to send 200 dollars via check in mail. He took my address and phone number again. It has been 3 weeks since I have herd anything.
Asking for what was promised multiple times. Assistance covering repair bill for vehicle.

Final Consumer Response
To whom it may concern,
I made a complaint in regards to this company a few days ago. Today they replied by calling me with arrangements to make things right. They delivered on their promises. Even though it was later than sooner. I do not know how to handle the complaint from here, as they have asked me to acknowledge the complaint as handled. Any help is appreciated.
