Complaint: I have called the owner several times over the last week.He said he would finish my yard in a day or two thats been over a week ago.He NEVER returns calls.Either fix it in the next day or two or i will pay somebody that will do it.
Desired Settlement: either fix it within the next 2 days or never show back up.(what that the way it is looking anyway)
Business Response: We received Mr.******* complaint. We did not include landscaping as part of our project. We did return his phone calls, and did show up to his home. He called and
had a water issue with his pool due to excess rain. I went to his home and showed him how to deal with the problem,added some chemicals to his pool, left him
extra salt and PH down. The day he sent in the complaint, was the day after I went to his home. He told me that his landscape guy wasn't returning his call,and I told
him I would try to bring back my Bobcat and lower his ground. The next two days we had rain, and his complaint said don't show up. I received a very threatening
and belligerent voice mail, and did not respond.
I ask the BBB to remove this file as Mr. ******* is aware of how your system works and is just attempting to blemish my name. Look up his business AAA enclosures
and you will see what I am saying.
Complaint: ******* I am rejecting this response because: I waited till June the 2nd 2013 ***** the owner of gulf coast pools llc. Has NEVER responded to the complaint I sent you (BBB) couple weeks ago. I have to pay myself another contractor to FINISH his work that he scam me on and never finished and been dodging me.He just took the money and RAN and never finished it is going to costs me over 800.00 to finish the uncompleted work.This guy is a SCAM ARTIST plain and simple Regards, ****** *******

I waited till June the 2nd 2013 ***** the owner of gulf coast pools llc. Has NEVER responded to the complaint I sent you (BBB) couple weeks ago. I have to pay myself another contractor to FINISH his work that he scam me on and never finished and been dodging me.He just took the money and RAN and never finished it is going to costs me over 800.00 to finish the uncompleted work.This guy is a SCAM ARTIST plain and simple
Business Response: I will turn his response over to my attorney for review. Mr ******* told you in his complaint he didn't want me to come back. If Mr. ******* wants me to
do some extra work he needs to specifically spell out what he is expecting. His complaint stated if I didn't show up in two days not to bother. He has
not responded to what I need to do and should included photos showing what needs to be done. His pool is finished, fully functioning, and all contract
obligations are complete. We did not put up his fence, and credited him on his final bill so his landscaper could get in his back yard.
BBB's Final Determination: After reviewing the information provided by all parties, BBB determined that the business handled the matter appropriately, and no further action was needed.
