              The new loan officers are horrible. They are white women and they never return your call. They denied me a loan because I am a black female and encouraged me to use my own money instead of approving the loan.

              Currently, the credit union does not have any new loan officers. The current loan officers have been with the credit union since 2012 and 2014. In researching the issue in question I found notations that phone calls were returned, but not answered and a voicemail was left for Ms ******. Ms **** returned the call on her daughters' behalf and informed the loan officer that Ms ****** was going through the dealership for her loan. Therefore, the loan was not denied but withdrawn by the applicant, Ms ******. I have also left a voicemail message for Ms ****** to discuss the matter and have not received a return call. I did speak with her mother, Ms **** who also told me her daughter decided to get her loan through the dealership.
