            I had my 2005 F 250 repaired at this shop in September 2021. PAID and picked up vehicle. My Vehicle stopped in Dec, 2021, with same identical problem identified. Called shop (**** ****) and truck was accepted back in shop for corrective repair of same problem. I have not received repair of my vehicle to this day (March 10,2022). Many attempts, inquiries and visits to Rick Furr Pro shop during these 3 months. The reasons given at first were..."Some of my employees are out with COVID-19, I have other jobs to complete first...etc". Next I would call and would be told that **** was not in and would leave message with no return call. I have randomly stopped by shop a few times, caught them off guard before they could see me and was given other excuses. This is a corrective repair of a PAID service. My vehicle was accepted back into the shop and it still remains untouched/repaired. I am seeking assistance from a business perspective prior to having to pay more funds to retain an attorney. Please lend your perspective and advice. I would also like this to be reported as it relates to his business practice as a formal registered complaint. Looking forward to your available assistance. ****** ******** ************ ************************
