            I had my car towed there because it was messed up. It took them a month to diagnose the problem. Well I go to get my vehicle after repeatedly being told that my car was fixed it was not. They told me numerous times that they figured out the problem it was running good and it was good to go. I went to pick my car up today after being told I couldnt drive it before paying for it I get down the road and my car is doing the same thing that it was doing previously. So I go back to *** and Im like hey its not fixed and they send me to another shop to get it fixed after charging me $628.09 and telling me it was fixed and now I have to spend another $600 to repair the problem that they were supposed to have fixed the problem they told me and constantly reassured me they could fix.

            My experience at this Kia was horrible. They held my car hostage for an entire month and lied about receiving insurance checks. I have my car and now my credit is going down because I am over $1,000 behind on my car note. I was not able to see my children or even work due to the negligence of this organization. I would like to receive one month wages and when I get my credit up I will be trading this vehicle in for another vehicle. If I have to deal with this type of business I do not want to own a Kia. The services here were below subpar.
