Complaint: I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY DUE TO FAILURE TO CORRECT INACCURACIES ON MY CREDIT FILE AND COMMUNICATE WITH ME IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNERIN THE PAST I WAS A CUSTOMER WITH FIRST HERITAGE CREDIT. THERE WERE A FEW INACCURACIES AND INCORRECT INFORMATION REPORTED ON MY CREDIT FILE WHILE I WAS A CUSTOMER. I SPOKE WITH THE COMPANY MANAGER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS IN AN EFFORT TO RESOLVE THIS, HOWEVER SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND RELUCTANT TO HEARING MY CONCERNS. BALANCES REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU WERE INCORRECT AND CAUSED MY SCORE TO GO DOWN IN THE PROCESS. I DISPUTED THIS INFORMATION SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO CORRECT IT. AT THIS TIME MY REPORT SHOWS ONLY ONE 30 DAY LATE PAYMENT RECORDED IN JUNE OF 2013, HOWEVER STATUS LANGUAGE READS 61-90 DAYS LATE. THIS IS HURTING MY SCORE AS I AM CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING QUALIFIED TO PURCHASE A HOME. I HAVE PAID MY BALANCE IN FULL WITH THIS COMPANY AND THOUGHT IN EFFORT TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS THEY WOULD CORRECT THIS INFORMATION.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation) I WOULD LIKE THE ACCOUNT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE FILE COMPLETELY OR LANGUAGE BE CORRECTED.

I have searched our data base under ******* ****** and ******* ******* and cannot locate this cusomter. I left several messages for the customer but have not received a response. Until I get more information, I cannot resolve this complaint. Please advise the customer to  contact me at either;
