Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Pavestone deck put in on back of the house. Have had numerous problems with grout peeling and coming up between stone.The deck still appears to be settling and becoming uneven also. DeLucas have been out several times already and the problem is still occurring. **** DeLuca shows little concern in correctly fixing the problem or responding to or showing up for scheduled appts since things are paid in full by us. Ms. *** at his office is the only person that has shown any regard or concern for our situation.
Desired Settlement: To get them out here for starters! At this point the deck needs serious work in my opinion up to possibly a full scale relaying due to settling and grout issues. The problems keep getting worse the more time passes.
Business Response: The paver patio (deck) was settling in an approximately 8'x8' circular concave pattern suggestive of a sink hole. Because of the shape, it was most likely due to a stump having been removed and subsequent decomposition of organic material. Mr. ** ****, Owner, visited the customer on 9/24/15, and discussed the issue again. The same day, we began removing pavers in the affected area and took action to prevent further erosion. Reinstallation of the pavers was delayed until 9/30/15 due to heavy rainfall on 9/27/15. Once the pavers have set, the patio will be sealed. We trust these measures will resolve the issue and restore the integrity and appearance of the deck to the customer's complete satisfaction.
