            I purchased a 2017 ****** Titan from Mossy of Picayune in October of 2020. *** the Finance Manager offered an Ultimate Coverage Warranty through OSI **** (*****************). *** said the warranty was for six years or 150k miles, which ever came first and would cover the vehicle for the majority of the loan. Called the warranty company to check and see if a part was covered under warranty. They said yes but my coverage was expired. It hasn't been six years and the Titan has under 95k miles. They explained the dealership (***) put the manufacture date of the vehicle as the start date of the coverage (5-23-17). The warranty company said they just need to correct the paperwork for coverage. Called the dealership (***) and he said they couldn't change it because that's not what he offered at the time of the sale. I explained to *** that nobody in their right mind would pay for warranty coverage three years prior to them purchasing a vehicle especially with two previous owners and that was not what he said at the date of purchase in October of 2020. *** said he couldn't change the paperwork and insisted there was nothing he could do. So, because *** the Finance Manager lied, I now have to come out of pocket for a repair I paid a warranty for. *** refuses to correct the error.
