Had them come out to install a dishwasher. As they contract with Lowe’s. The young man struggled to get my old dishwasher out and even asked if I would want to reschedule. I said no and he proceeded to work at getting my old out. He finally did get the old dishwasher out and brought the new one inside. He was busy connecting it and I guess the 8 ft water hose was not long enough, so he want to his truck and was going to connect one hose to another but I guess he did not have the right connections to do that. He screwed the new dishwasher to the underside of my counter and then proceeded to try to push up the bottom face plate. He immediately said I won’t be able to attach this. He did start the dishwasher for about 1-2 minutes and looked at his connections and said ok is good. he grabbed his things and left. I was feeling disappointed that the dishwasher was not installed like it should have. He also drilled a hole in my cabinet towards the front doors as the hose was not long enough to reach the existing hole that was towards the back of the cabinet. He did that without asking me first if that was ok to do. Now the steel hose goes from the front right of the cabinet under the sink to the back left of the cabinet where the connection to the water is. After he left I ran the dishwasher to let any particles get washed out and with in 5 minutes I noticed a puddle of water at the left corner of the dishwasher. I looked to see if something was bent, twisted, dented and I can see anything wrong with the door or seal. So I called the number that I was given to call and schedule the delivery and installation and of course no one answered. I left a message and asked for someone to call me back. They did not so I called Lowe’s. Now the next day comes and still no call back so around 12:25pm I called again as the man from Lowe’s has tried 3 times this morning and was not able to reach anyone. Low and behold someone answered. He right away was trying to say that it was the seal. I said no it’s more than just the leak that I’m unhappy with and proceeded to let him know. He confirmed my phone number and said he would read the installers notes and get back to me. Of course now the day is over and no call back. Do not give this company your business or money… they not do a professional job and will not answer the phone or return messages. If I could rate this business a zero I would. I guess small claims court it will be to get my $200 back for professional installation.
