      8/25/2023 We had techs come out and they didn't do anything, and we found out on our own that our modem has a broken port on the back of it and they refuse to come back and fix it when they were told to fix it by close of business on 8/25/2023 according to management. They came and said it was our equipment that was connected to the network and that is not the case. Called after hours several times and tech refuses to call and come back to fix or replace their equipment. We did all the work for them and figured out what was wrong. Had this same problem with other providers where they want to blame the customer and not fix their equipment. They also want to be very rude about fixing anything, such as this case.

      Worst company Ive ever dealt with in the The tri-state area they do not believe in the first amendment at all. When it comes to freedom of speech and towing them to do their job the right way they will not do it. They will turn around and shut you off. Thats what happened to me. I was a customer. They threatened to turn me off on numerous occasions, and when I voiced my opinion on ******** About their ******** they sent me a ***** document saying that theyre gonna shut me off for no reason at all And they did it for no reason at all, and they also like to threaten people and harass people as well for Stating their opinion, but yet they dont care about a persons opinion they will shut you off. they threaten to shut off pilot ******************* and they are a fortune. 500 company. I did talk to the Beach city Council and RTC network franchise license with the city was renewed and they are a bad company. They do not bundle a person services and save them any money they want any and all money because their name says it all reservation telephone they are monopoly and they dont care about who they shut off and who they ran Out of a city or town. RTC has ran CenturyLink a bigger company than they are out of the area and they do not want anybody else beside themselves in a town!
