The issue with Tonsangers is, they have no issue leaving you stranded on an island. I’ve been a customer for 3 years. We went through an ownership change. I had a conversation with them about what things we can do to improve. They emphasized communication. I agreed. They neglected to communicate for 2 months and terminated service based on lack of communication. The ball was in their court and never communicated to us. Left us on an island during tax time now. Heidi is a rude, passive aggressive human being. She’s very volatile and gets very defensive when you challenge her on her billings. Makes me think they’re over charging and dishonest.
