We LOVE Foss Swim School. Our children have attended the swim school for a few years. The teachers are positive and helpful. Our children learned how to swim and we now have a greater confidence in their abilities to be safe.
If we have ever had an issue, we have been able to talk to the manager who quickly resolved it! They offered solutions and offered financial compensation if we felt that our children were not where they needed to be. They offered to change instructors or to open a new class. They were tremendously helpful.
We would highly recommend Foss Swim School in Blaine.

Foss Swim School is good for young kids to learn swimming if they provide a time for your kids to learn and want you to be their customers.
One of my girls signed up in their "Middle one" class for 2 weeks camp in highland park, IL, from monday to thurs, she is 6 years old, the class is for 5-7 years old, which i think is right choice when i signed her up. On the first day of the class, I realize that she is too long to swim in narrow lane, and i request whether i can change her to "Big One" class. The manager said they do not offer "Big One" class at the moment, need to wait 2 weeks for that class. There is no way for me to waste 2 weeks time to wait, I let her continue with "Middle One" class, as i have another younger girl taking "Little one" class. On the 2nd week, i request again whether they can open a "Big One" class, even just for one time so that i can see whether i should signed her up in Big One or not. NO, NO, NO there is no class available, and nothing they can do about it. Looks like they do not want to keep us there. NO flexibilities, No considerations, my girl wasted 2 weeks there in Foss, learning nothing, I feel so sorry for her. For my "little one" class, she did learn something, but no more morning classes for her. They will not open classes even they have enough students to open the class. O well, they just don't want you to spend money in their school, that's how i see it, they think they are good but no need to have customers. I am trying to give them business but looks like I should have just take the refund back on the first day of the class. I just wasted my money and time in this school for two weeks.
