**** mobile service was dishonest with me and charge me for a part that I didnt need for my car. They stole $500 from my daughters account. I paid the money three months ago and they did not fix my car and I found out that its Just A blown fuse, and now my car is fixed now **** mobile service is money hungry and they are crooks. Dont take your car there! The owner lied and said that he needed to find a component to fix the module he was lying because he wanted to take more money from me which the labor part was $440. Ive figured out that he was scamming me so I did not take my car back. He lied to me for three months. My car was not fixed but now I found a better repair service and on his repair service. ***, the owner took advantage of me because Im a woman and he knew I had money and the money I used was from my daughters account. He stole money from my daughters account. Another thing if youre black dont go to **** mobile service you wont be treated fairly I have never. paid $500 upfront to be told that we cant find a working module which I never even needed one in the first place. I never needed a heater blower system. I believe it was all a lie. He never showed me any parts that he purchased he was dishonest with me. He cannot be trusted. I dont care how many years of business hes been operating. Hes a scammer. All they want is money so he can go on more expensive vacations. He wasted my time and his business should be closed down. Then he lied and said that no one else could fix my car but now my car is fixed now and I got it fixed for only $60. He is a very dishonest person I was deceived! I paid also for the diagnostic which was another $112 which I never needed a heater blower in the first place. He never called me in between the timeframe of three months. I always called him. He was not courteous he did not call me. I always had to call him. This is unprofessional and a Fraudulent scam That I experience Im glad I know the truth Now!

******, When we first diagnosed your heater control we found out it needed a control module & switch assembly, The parts that were needed are not available new, the $500.00 dollars you paid me was for used parts deposit. We have installed a used heater control module, used heater control switch & 2 new heater control relays. $580.50 worth of parts, the computer line (data line) between module & switch assembly is no good and I have been trying to find one (not available new) the old one is not installed in your vehicle so I don't know how a new fuse would make it work, I have ordered over 10 new computer lines (data lines) and all of them have been just a little to short, to wide or to narrow, we have pulled your heater cluster 3 times trying to make old line function, to no avail. Still trying to find the correct computer (data) line I have explained this to you in many phone conversations, I can not help it that this part is not available and like I told you before this was even started, before you gave me the deposit, that parts were going to be difficult and that I would have cost into it no matter if it was fixed or not, your $500.00 was for this reason & was not refundable *** Please call if I can help in any way,************

I am relieved that my car is fixed *** the owner of Toms mobile never had no intentions on fixing my car. He only wanted to get money from me, which is fraud. he kept me waiting for my car to be fixed which caused me stress, and it was time consuming to have to call him regularly to ask him. Did the part come in? and he always gave me excuses that he couldnt find the component and thats a lie because what was discovered was my car had a blown fuse. I was deceived by ***, the owner of Toms mobile service. He is very dishonest and deceptive. I can prove that my car is fixed because I can hear my music now and I can use my back up camera now and I can use and control my defroster and I can Turn off my heater now I can use my air conditioner now too! Before I took my car to the other auto repair service. Nothing worked the module did not work. Which mechanic who put the new fuse in my car is a witness that my car now is Fixed!
