            I first called in August to get my septic tanks pumped and the woman that always answers the phone took my info and said she would call when there were other jobs in my neighborhood in early September. I never heard back and ******** again sent me a notice that I was not in compliance. I called at least 5 more time, each time she made excuses, once even gave me a date and time and they did not show or cancel. Dont waste your time with this business. They are severely unorganized and cannot follow through.

            Im sorry about the delay. We have been very busy this year. I have been doing this for over 40 years and this has been the busiest its ever been. We have been short an employee and I cant find anyone. When the trucks need repairs that sets us back from servicing systems that have appointments and we need to do them first.We have never encountered these problems before-doing the best we can under these circumstances.

            Again, if you are understaffed and minimally equipped, realize your limitations and do not take on new jobs. There is no excuse for poor organization. Septic pumping and maintenance are not an elective service that can be indefinitely delayed. There are local laws for compliance that you even told me you do not take seriously. The least you can do is follow though with communication with your customers if you cannot accommodate their needs. Ive also requested the City of Dellwood no longer recommends your company.
